Brands are how one Pleased workspace serves several audiences without mixing them up.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Almost everything else in Pleased hangs off a brand: channels, knowledge base content, chatbot configuration, templates, views, automations and reporting filters.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>Before you begin\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>Brands can only be created by \u003Cstrong>admins\u003C\u002Fstrong>, or by users holding a custom role with the \u003Cstrong>Brand Edit\u003C\u002Fstrong> permission.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Decide two things first:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>The \u003Cstrong>brand name\u003C\u002Fstrong> your team will recognise.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>A \u003Cstrong>unique brand ID\u003C\u002Fstrong> — used internally to identify the brand.
